    Part – Time Front Desk Receptionist – Carmen B. Pingree Autism Center for Learning

    Schedule: 7:30a -1:00p

           12:00p– 5:30p

    Pay: Commensurate with experience




    • Front-line customer service
      • Promptly answering phones, communicating effectively with parents/staff
    • Phones
      • Show professional phone etiquette always
      • Transfer calls effectively
      • Take effective messages
    • Collecting payments
      • Accurate accounting practice
      • Accurate receipts to payers
    • Special projects
      • As assigned by supervisor and administration
    • Assisting families with a variety of needs
      • An ability to adapt and effectively answer questions
      • Effective customer service in a dynamic environment
      • Promptly calling students from class for check-out



    • High School Diploma
    • Excellent work ethic
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Type 40+ WPM
    • Working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite
