    Clubhouse Worker – Tooele New Reflections

     

    Everyone has different strengths. The clubhouse model recognizes this and offers treatments based on each person’s unique abilities and talents. It is designed to build self-esteem, develop work skills, complete educational goals, help members return to productive employment in the community, and obtain affordable housing. 

     

    As a Clubhouse Worker for Tooele’s New Reflections you will work as a generalist in units of a Clubhouse model program serving adults with serious mental illness in Tooele County. This is a work-focused program modeled after a typical workday.

     

    Location: 565 West 900 South Tooele UT 

    Schedule: M-F 8a-5p (Full-time/Full benefits) Some evenings and weekends required

    Pay: Commensurate with experience

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide psycho-social rehabilitative and case management services focusing on the strengths and abilities of Clubhouse members.
    • Co-manage employment placements of New Reflection House members.
    • Some accounting and computer work.
    • Must be available to work occasional evenings, Saturdays and holidays.

    Qualifications:

    • Ability to obtain Certified Case Management Certificate
    • Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution in Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology
    • SSW Preferred
    • Proficiency using MS Office as well as the ability to learn new software programs quickly
    • Ability to work independently
    • 4 or more years Clubhouse experience preferred
