    We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Medical Assistant to help with our new Adult ValleyEPIC Residential Program. ValleyEPIC (Evidence-based Programs and Interventions Campus) is a premier 99-bed treatment facility designed for men and women in our community with substance abuse who may also be struggling with mental illness and homelessness. 


    What does a Medical Assistant Do?

    • Taking vital signs for clients (Height, weight, blood pressure)
    • Managing prescribers’ schedules
    • Taking/making phone calls and correspondence for prescribers
    • Scheduling appointments and making outreach
    • Assisting with refills and communicating with pharmacies
    • Various clerical duties

    • Basic computer skills and efficiency with MS Office and ability to learn new applications easily
