    Are you a nightowl with an interest for help others in need?

     

    We are curently looking to hire Graveyard Staff Members for our Adult Residential Programs (Valley Phoenix, CORE 1 and 2 and ValleyEPIC). This position has set hours of 12a - 8a and is a great opprotunity to gain experience and professionally advance within the social services field. 

     

    Case managers at Valley are the main people who make this mission happen. What do our case managers do?

    • Meet regularly with Valley clients to help them gain access to medical social, educational and psychiatric services
    • Create individualized care plans
    • Work with direct care providers
    • Follow up with clients to make sure they are following their individual plan

    Requirements:

    • High school degree required,
    • 1+ year experience in behavioral health
    • College degree in Social Services, Psychology or related field preferred
    • Strong organizational and communication skills
    • Ability to make decisions independently
    • Ability to create positive change in people’s lives
