    Office Specialist - A&D
     
    Are you a passoniate in working with Adults and Children? Want to be the first contact someone has to our A&D Program? We are looking for a Full-Time Office Specialsit for our A&D program to help with our front desk with a varity of needs. We are seeking enthusiastic, experienced candidates who are committed to excellent customer service and are comfortable in a variety of mental health clinic settings. 
     
    We provide outpatient services for women and families experiencing mental health and substance use disorders who have small children. They receive treatment while being able to keep their children with them, is all about parenting, recovery and rebuilding relationships in the midst of substance use and mental health issues. Parenting classes and evidence-based trauma treatment.
     
    Location:  1141 East 3900 South A250 Salt Lake City 84124
     
    Schedule:  Mon, Tue, Thru, Fri 8:30-5:30 ,Wed 9:30-6:30

    Responsibilities

    • Greeting Clients and their Families
    • Answering phones
    • Assisting the clinical staff with support functions as needed
    • Register new clients
    • Coordination with billing re: Funding requirements and tracking
    • Assist with transports in Valley van for jail releases
    • Tracking and Court reporting
    • Taking co-payments
    • Scheduling appointments
    • Other Skills/Abilities:
    • Telephone etiquette, customer service, MS Word and Excel programs, multi-tasking, organization
    • and communication skills are essential
    • Professionalism and the ability to work in a changing environment and some challenging
     

    Qualifications

    • 2 years of office support and reception experience preferred
    • Prefer experience in a medical or physicians office.
    • Must be comfortable and professional on the phone and in person linking customers to appropriate
      services.
    • Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
