    The Data Analytics and Reports Manager position is a hands-on data management position. It combines working with multiple data sources, being a master in SQL, ETL processes, database design and reporting.


    This role’s responsibilities include managing the processes of start-to-finish data collection and representation. This role also oversees the maintenance and integrity of data, understanding how data elements are stored and how elements are visualized.


    This individual is also a leader in, developing and improving existing T-SQL (data load, stored procedures, functions), creating SSIS packages, gathering requirements from end-users and implementing various database structures based on provided information.


    This individual will interface with company leadership assisting them with the data and reports to make better decisions.


    Specific Skills:

    • Strong SQL and query abilities including the development and maintenance of MSSQL Server tables, functions, stored procedures and other database objects.
    • Design and develop data ETL processes for data including life cycle design, secure transmission, redundant storage.
    • Serve as technical expert in meetings to assist in requirements gathering and end user acceptance.
    • Design and develop data BI solutions in Tableau and MS Power BI.
    • Collect and document feature and application requirements.
    • Perform peer code reviews.
    • Managing client relationships through Agile development life cycle.
    • Participate in team planning and meetings.
    • Other duties as required by supervisor.

    Experience in many of the following technologies and systems:


    MSSQL, PowerBI, SSRS, Tableau, Database table design, Agile software development, HIPAA, SCRUM, Dell Spotlight, New Relic, cloud processing, Electronic Health Record systems, Medical Records, project management. Healthcare IT, Database report building, .NET 3.5 or greater. Enthusiastic problem solver.



    Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher with emphasis in SQL scripting, database design and data management

    Minimum Experience: 5 years of SQL query writing, and complex data management
