We have a well trained and caring staff of therapists, nurses, psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, case managers, social workers, direct care/mental health counselors, office specialists,  accounting/billing, human resources and administrative staff.     • Welcome and greet clients and visitors in person and over the phone maintaining top-notch customer service using a polite, friendly, consistent and professional manner
    • Register clients into the EHR system
    • Process authorizations and admissions paperwork
    • May collect client information including personal and financial information
    • Fax, file, and/or track paperwork
    • Support Program and Office Manager with various reports and duties


    • Great customer service skills and telephone etiquette
    • One year Office Support and Reception Experience preferred
    • basic MS Word and Excel programs, time management, multi-tasking, organization, scheduling
    • Quality writing skills
    • Works well with limited oversight
    • Multi-tasking
    • Professional and the ability to work in an changing and challenging environment
