Valley Behavioral Health has a new opening for a Director of Regulatory Oversight. We are looking for someone who can bring their clinical experience and skills in data analysis, statistical methodology and compliance together to lead a department that not only meets our compliance needs but can see trends and lessons in the data to help us constantly improve our services.
If you are have a clinical background, are meticulously organized, have the demonstrated ability to lead teams in auditing, agency interface, organizational learning principles staff training and possess excellent presentation skills at high levels, this position is for you!
The Director of ROC will possess these skills:

Strong Analytical Skills. You are not afraid of data and tables and analysis. You are comfortable with complex systems and understand laws and regulations.
Presence. You are able to stand before the highest levels of the organization and clearly articulate compliance risks and provide solutions.
Leadership. You are able to set the right compliance tone for the organization and lead by example. Compliance is a serious business and you are able to convey this, while still embracing Valley’s value of fun.
Business acumen. You understand that a strong adherence to compliance means Valley can be successful and expand our programs and services.
Proactivity. Because you have a deep understanding of the regulatory and compliance environment, you are able to anticipate situations, particularly risks or concerns with regulations and policies and procedures.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: Competitive and commensurate with experience
