    Our Park City location provides a comprehensive menu of treatment and services for people of all ages who are experiencing severe mental illnesses, substance use disorders and behavior problems. We have a well-trained and caring staff of therapists, nurses, psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, case managers, office specialists, and accounting/billing.
     
    ScheduleMonday through Friday 8am-5pm with flexibility for clients. 
     
    Location:  Park City, 1753 Sidewinder Drive, Park City, UT 84060
     
    Pay:  Rates to be discussed during Interview

    Responsibilities

    • Direct clinical services including interviews, evaluates and assesses clients to create treatment plans and provide quality care
    • Provides psychotherapy to clients including individual, group, couple and/or family therapy
    • Treatment planning
    • Care coordination
    • Documentation
    • Crisis intervention
    • Receives regular supervision

    Qualifications

    • Masters degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited University/College
    • 4000 post graduate hours for full licensure
    • LCSW, CMHC, LMFT or CSW Therapist license current in the state of Utah
    • Must meet Independent Contractor guidelines 
    • Ability to work independently
