    Valley Behavioral health is seeking a dedicated, numbers oriented leader with experience supervising office staff and managing the day to day operations of a unit or division.  This position has responsibility for monitoring service delivery and ensuring that billing happens and revenue cycle is monitored.  Our industry deals with multiple insurers and payors and while our Revenue Cycle team handles this beautifully, the Unit Business Manager will understand the process and how the unit’s performance is measured by successful billing.


    The ideal candidate will possess current knowledge of Medicaid and insurance billing/collections practices and possess working knowledge of accounting principles and practices of management.  The ideal candidate will enjoy working with others and supervising office and business staff that deal with clients, billing and appointment setting.

    Schedule:  Monday – Friday; F/T (some flexibility required)


    Starting Pay: Commensurate with experience

    • Provide administrative supervision and oversight to applicable staff (including office staff)
    • Coordinate and train as needed
    • Monitor daily productivity trends 
    • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by creating an inviting environment
    • Develop and monitor the business area plan
    • Verify funding sources
    • Purchasing and ordering
    • Maintaining licensing standards and necessary inspecting for the licensing of programs
