    Pay: Commensurate with experience

    • Research, develop, document and implement curricula, discussion guides, presentations and other professional development strategies to build staff knowledge and skills
    • Conduct weekly new hire orientation
    • Oversee the implementation and management of online trainings for use within the organization
    • Maintain updates as needed
    • Align training with the organization’s strategic goals
    • Create and manage a training budget, ensuring that operations are within budget
    • Develop and implement training programs that make the best use of available resources
    • Be familiar with using games and new training resources
    • Update training programs to ensure that they are current
    • Oversee the creation of educational materials, such as online learning modules.


    • Bachelor’s degree
    • At least 2 years of experience directly related to skills training and development
    • Highly desire a person familiar with mental and behavioral health services
    • Possess a strong commitment to excellence and innovation
    • Curriculum creation and design experience required
    • Public speaking expertise and experience
    • Must be self-starter, motivated, eager and optimistic
    • A vision for crafting and sharing company-wide trainings
    • Ability to speak effectively in interpersonal situations and facilitate/present before groups
    • Exceptional time management skills
    • Superior customer service skills, both written and verbal
    • Proficient in all MS Office products and ability to learn new applications quickly
