    Do you have a passion to help improve the lives of Children and Adults? Valley Behavioral Health is seeking a full-time, data driven and results oriented Business Director for our either our Adult or Childrens Programs.

     

    We have several Business Director positions and will work with you on the exact right placement.  These are career positions for individuals who are leaders and want to further grow their skills and expanse.  The Directors will develop and implement staffing standards and provide continuous oversite to ensure efficiency, compliance and growth. This entrepreneurial spirited individual will consume, absorb and analyze large amounts of data and use this to drive competitive business practices.     Location:  Salt Lake area

     

    Schedule:  Monday-Friday; 8-5

     

    Pay:  Commensurate with experience but we offer highly competitive salaries!

    Responsibilities

    • Help establish/implement goals, objectives, policies, procedures and systems for programs
    • Hires, supervises, transfers, promotes, disciplines and incentivizes employees according to policies and procedures
    • Demonstrate the appropriate delegation and coordination of tasks and duties
    • Develops and implements staffing standards for programs with effective, economical use of resources
    • Meet with staff in pattern of 1:1, evaluate and train as necessary
    • Assist in recruiting and hiring process and marketing for the programs
    • Develop, analyze and monitor budget and financial information for each unit and utilizes resources in an effective and economical manner
    • Prepare financial and productivity reports and review budget variances
    • Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer and stakeholder satisfaction
    • Knowledge of regulatory issues in operations to ensure compliance with VBH policies and procedures (desired)
    • Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or other related field
    • 3+ years’ experience in a supervisor role 
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with the ability to learn new software programs quickly
    • Exceptional customer service skills, both verbal and written
    • 3+ yrs experience managing budgets, project management, and staffing/scheduling
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills
    • Must understand revenue cycle and billing of insurance driven markets
