Are you a night owl? Do you want a position that you can work through the night? Do you want to be a part of a great company that is inspired to help those lead more fulling lives? Then we need to talk!

We are looking for an energetic dedicated Graveyard staff member to help with our new Adult ValleyEPIC Residential Program. ValleyEPIC (Evidence-based Programs and Interventions Campus) is a premier treatment facility designed for men and women in our community with substance abuse, who may also be struggling with mental illness and homelessness.  It offers a full continuum of substance abuse treatment from residential and day programs, to intensive and traditional outpatient services.  Evidence-based interventions include individual and group therapy and classes, psychosocial-rehabilitative services, case management, drug testing, and pharmacological management.

ValleyEPIC features our newly renovated 78-110 bed residential facilities, which operate in a modified therapeutic community model of treatment. This campus was designed to provide wrap-around services both onsite and in the community by integrating substance abuse treatment approaches with a special focus on trauma informed care.  The ultimate goal of ValleyEPIC is to help people break the chains of addiction, which include a successful re-entry into the community, and reduction in criminal recidivism. This is accomplished by client empowerment through personal accountability, abstinence from substance abuse, and improved positive emotional functioning.

You want to work for a company that is both innovative and cutting edge, and Valley Behavioral Health is that place. We are leaders in the field using the most modern technological advances and research driven practices.

More importantly, you want to work for a company that is constantly pursuing the most integrative treatment modalities to address the psychiatric, addiction, and developmental challenges that our clients face. Several years ago we decided not to rest on our laurels and dig in to take our company to the next level.  This has yielded very successful new business development that has furthered our ability to serve a variety of clients and client needs.
