We are looking for a therapist to join our school based service team in Summit County.  You would work with children of varying ages at multiple

Valley Behavioral Health is seeking a compassionate, dedicated, independent contract mental health therapist to provide child and family therapy in a school setting.  Therapist will support positive change for a child, and heal families while offering the wrap around support they need in their school and community.
 
 
MAKE YOUR OWN SCHEDULE!  Flexible  28-32 hours/week (schedule concurrent with school calendar). 
 
Location:  Salt Lake City, Utah
 
Pay:  Rates will be discussed during interview

Responsibilities

  • Masters degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy or a Doctorate in Psychology from an accredited University/College
  • 4000 post graduate hours for full licensure
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Certified Mental Health Counselor (CMHC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist license current in the state of Utah
  • Must meet Independent Contractor guidelines 
  • Must carry own malpractice insurance
