Are you the kind of person who is always keeping things organized and handling the behind the scenes work so that everything runs smoothly? That is the kind of person we need for our Office Manager position at the ValleyEPIC Residential Program. You will work with the Business Manager to help provide administrative support and supervision for the staff and ensure the office runs smoothly including scheduling, time entry and billing.


ValleyEPIC (Evidence-based Programs and Interventions Campus) is a premier treatment facility designed for men and women in our community with substance abuse, who may also be struggling with mental illness and homelessness.  It offers a full continuum of substance abuse treatment from residential and day programs, to intensive and traditional outpatient services.  Evidence-based interventions include individual and group therapy and classes, psychosocial-rehabilitative services, case management, drug testing, and pharmacological management. 


Schedule: M-F, 9-5


Location:  3809 West 6200 South Kearns, Utah 84129


Pay:  Commensurate with experience

  • Provide administrative supervision and oversight to applicable staff to ensure services availability in fulfillment of assigned business/area plan
  • Responsible for staff scheduling, time entry, approval of PTO and collaboration with Human Resources for adequate staffing patterns
  • Responsible for the smooth, efficient and appropriate functions of the office
  • Ensure staff competency (new and ongoing) with technology, documentation requirements, brand expectations and any other knowledge and skills necessary to fulfill their responsibilities relative to the business/area plan
  • Collaborate with Business Manager to ensure correction of errors identified in billing
  • Share key performance indicators (KPIs) and approved talking points with staff as instructed by Business Manager
  • Congruence to Culture
  • Work with Business Manager as instructed to ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory and oversight requirements
  • Assist with client, provider, or other clinic billing inquiries, special requests, while maintaining a positive working relationship with the Business Manager


  • 3+ years’ experience in medical or behavioral health office operations required
  • Supervision and Project Management experience highly desired
  • High School or GED Equivalent required. BA/BS preferred
  • Proficiency using MS Office, social media as well as the ability to learn new software programs quickly
  • Pro-active, team focused problem solver
