We provide Adult Outpatient services for those experiencing substance use disorders and mental illnesses, include intensive dual-diagnosis treatment, addiction intervention, trauma-base treatment and services for those with criminal record.

Schedule: M-F, 8-5

Location: 3809 West 6200 South, Kearns, UT 84118

Pay:  Commensurate with Experience

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct, evidence-based, clinical service including interviews, evaluations and assessments of clients to create treatment plans and provide quality care
  • Treatment Planning
  • Care Coordination
  • Crisis intervention
  • Documentation using our online medical records

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or higher from an accredited university/college in Social Work orClinical Mental Health Counseling.
  • 2 + years’ experience with a variety of substance use disorders preferred.
  • Experience in adult therapy preferred
  • Ability to work independently
  • Proficiency using MS office as well as the ability to learn new software programs quickly
