Highland Spring Specialty Clinic is seeking an exceptional full-time, friendly, professional, dedicated, customer-service focused Clinic Manager in the Holladay location. Pay:  Negotiable with Experience

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

  • Routinely demonstrates superior customer service skills.
  • Communicates with clients in a courteous, professional, cooperative and mature manner.
  • Supervises staff and oversees daily office operations.
  • Establishes staff schedules, allocation of staff and assures effective patient care.
  • Ensures all staff answers telephone in a timely, polite and professional manner.
  • Recognizes and responds appropriately to emergency and crisis situations 
  • Accurately takes messages and conveys information to recipient
  • Protects, observes and practices patient confidentiality as per policies and procedures.
  • Address regular staff issues and conduct regular performance reviews
  • Conducts office staff meetings regularly
  • Oversee the selection of equipment used in the facility and ensures that it is functioning properly
  • Oversees and supervises inventory and ordering of office supplies
  • Make sure that educational pamphlets and brochures of service are readily available for patients. 
  • Oversee the financial aspects of the office such as billing, banking, and accounting  With billing specialist
  • Ensures staff uses the correct coding when designating the diagnosis or results of procedures used.
  • May represent Highland Springs Specialty Clinic at conference booths, health fairs or other community events
  • Maintain and appropriate office environment.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • 2+ experience working in a medical/mental health office
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred
  • Exceptional customer service skills demonstrating positive professionalism in all interactions with staff, clients and community partners.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with the ability to learn new software programs quickly
  • Ability to efficiently and effectively populate reports using Microsoft Excel 
  • Knowledgeable in medical billing and private insurance practices
  • Self-motivated, able to multi-task, flexible, pro-active team player
  • 2+ years' experience/education in marketing
  • Can work independently with minimal supervision
  • Enthusiastic problem-solver
