Schedule: M-F; 8:00 am - 5:00 pm


Pay: commensurate with experience

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a reconciled status of multiple bank accounts
  • Maintain a schedule of prepaid expenses, accurately booking transactions as needed
  • Create Ad Hoc reports analyzing the profitability of various Valley programs
  • Forecasting, budgeting and other related variance analyses as well as ad hoc analyses and special projects
  • Fixed asset tracking using company accounting system
  • Reconcile accounts, gather information and records for auditors

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Management, Finance, Public Administration or other closely related field
  • 1-3 years of related experience preferred
  • Experience in analyzing large amounts of data
  • Knowledge of GAAP principles and procedures
  • Skilled in Excel, Access and Word
  • Must be organized, have good problem-solving abilities, and be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Must work well with others, be able to work independently, as well as a demonstrated ability to read, interpret and utilize regulations and policies effectively
