The Analytics Developer provides custom software solutions and reports in relation to our Electronic Health Records system, via SQL, Tableau and other scripting tools. The successful candidate will be highly technical and understanding the value of short iterative custom software cycles. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with end-user staff with only general requirements is vital.  This role requires experience in custom coding development and report design. This is a dynamic role with emphasis on meeting growing needs for a multi-site Healthcare environment.

  • Strong knowledge of SQL, and a wide range of languages and technologies such as C#, ASP.Net, ASP.Net MVC, ASP.Net Web API, REST services, SQL Server, Tableau, Power BI and SSRS.
  • Experience working within highly communicative Agile Scrum practices and fast iterative build cycles.
  • Detailed knowledge of object oriented programming concepts and database design.
  • In-depth knowledge of infrastructure security in coding design and software deployment.
  • Integrate with other IT staff and provide support and technical expertise.
  • Be a team player and be results focused.
  • Work effectively with multiple end users, and be customer service oriented.
  • Ability to work under pressure, within deadlines, in a complex demanding environment.


  • Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field. Experience may be substituted for degree.
  • Minimum Experience: 2 years’ experience in a developer role.
  • Experience in many of the following technologies and systems:

    Agile software development, HIPAA, SCRUM team, vendor management, MS Project, Visio, Project Management practices, Dell Spotlight, New Relic, cloud processing, EHR, Medical Records

  • Preferred Skils: Healthcare IT, Database report building, .NET 3.5 or greater certification
