    We are looking for a dedicated Attending Clinician to supervise our house therapist who see our residential clients individually, help run support groups and help with Day-to-Day accepts for our NEW Adult Residential Program. These clients are experiencing substance use, mental health and homelessness and need YOUR help! You will be helping by running groups, case management services and daily living skills.



    Schedule: Full-Time 8:00am – 5:00pm


    Location:  3809 West 6200 South Kearns, Utah 84129


    Pay:  Depending on Experience

    • Supervise Therapists
    • Direct clinical services including interviews, evaluates and assesses clients to create treatment plans and provide quality care
    • Provides psychotherapy to clients including individual and group
    • Treatment planning
    • Care coordination
    • Documentation
    • Crisis intervention
    • Effective interviewing skills and evaluation techniques
    • General knowledge of psychiatric and psycho-pharmaceutical treatment of mental disorders
    • Principles and techniques of behavior assessment and modification
    • Knowledge of general psychological principles and concepts
    • Skill development therapies
    • Accepted standards of social work ethics and clinical practice
    • Ability to act independently, respond professionally and calmly in crisis or other situations
    • Communicate effectively verbally and in writing
    • Other duties may be assigned


    • Master’s Degree in Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited college/University
    • Must be Fully Licensed!
    • LCSW/CMHC/LMFT license current in the state of Utah
    • Experience working with adults a real plus!
    • Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software programs quickly 
    • Successful candidates must be flexible, pro-active, solution focused and adaptable to rapid changes in the daily work environment and be resourceful in solving problems.
    • Must demonstrate compassion and flexibility
    • Must be dependable
