We are looking for a full-time Office Support and Case Manager to help support our support our Homeless Outreach Program.

Location:  550 West 700 South Salt Lake City, UT 84101
 
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (Must have some Flexibility at times) 
 
Pay: Commensurate with experience

Responsibilities

  • Answering phones
  • Assisting the clinical staff with support functions as needed
  • Intake support for the Clinic 
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Monitoring the day room 
  • Outreach to the Rio Grande area
  • Other Skills/Abilities:
    • Telephone etiquette
    • Customer service
    • MS Word
    • Excel programs
    • Multi tasking
    • Organization
    • Communication skills are essential
  • Professionalism and the ability to work in a changing environment and some challenging
 

Qualifications

  • 2 years of office support and reception experience preferred
  • Must be comfortable working with the Homeless Population 
  • Direct Care experience preferred
