We are seeking a full-time, dedicated, resourceful, and solution-focused Medical Assistant / Case Manager for our Valley Woods Program. Valley Woods provides housing and supportive living services to people with Severe Mental Illness. Services include Personal Services, Med Management, Case Management, and Psychosocial Rehabilitative Services.

Location: 3610 South 1000 West West Valley, UT 84119
 
Schedule:  Monday-Friday, 4:00 pm - Midnight  
 
Pay: Commensurate with Experience

Responsibilities

  • Pass medications following “medication pass protocol”
  • Provide services including Case Management, PRS, and Personal Services
  • Bill for services provided
  • Crisis Intervention
  • Monitor the unit for safety and provide support for residents
  • Lock and secure the buildings at night

Qualifications

  • Medical Assistant certification 
  • Mental health experience Preferred
  • Good people skills
  • Organized
  • Team oriented
