We are seeking a full-time, compassionate and experienced Business Manager to help lead our team of caring professionals within our Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) program in Salt Lake City. This position is for someone who truly understands and appreciates the challenges and rewards of working with some of the area’s kids and their families in greatest need of our help. Location: 1141 East 3900 South, Salt Lake City, UT 84124
Schedule: Monday – Friday; F/T (some flexibility required)
Starting Pay: Commensurate with experience

DBT Day Treatment is a program working with youth ages 12-17 who experience severe emotional disturbances. The purpose of the program is to help these teens acquire skills to manage emotions and behavior through learning and utilizing DBT skills. The team at DBT Day Treatment team is dedicated to providing services to teens with some of the greatest needs in developing skills to help them succeed at school, home and in the community.
