Location: 682 East Vine St. #8 Salt Lake City, UT 84121

 

Hours: M- F 8am - 5pm, plus some on-call availability

 

Starting Pay: Commensurate with Experience

Responsibilities

 

  • Help assistant in Property Management for all facilities 
  • Attend and help prepare for site visits (scheduled and unannounced)
  • Ensure licensing deadlines are met (i.e. license renewals, application submissions, submitting responses)
  • Track renewals for business licenses, fire permits, food permits, business and DBA renewals, charitable solicitations, and other inspections
  • Worker’s Compensation; Submit claims, coordinate with insurance adjusters, follow up with employees, submit OSHA required reports and surveys
  • Safety Officers; Hold quarterly meetings, schedule guest speakers, communicate in between meetings when safety issues arise, track monthly/quarterly safety officer requirements
  • Transportation; Assist drivers during training process, organize and track all drivers, insurance, vehicle registration, and ensure all requirements are completed by drivers who transport clients in their personal vehicles and/or Valley Fleet Vehicles
  • Badge Access; Maintain system by assigning/removing access to buildings, run reports, schedule door open/close times
  • Help with processing work orders and vendor quality control.
  • Transportation maintenance tracking, quality control.
  • Help with setting up and relocating programs and buildings
  • Misc projects

Qualifications

  • 2+ years’ administrative experience/education - Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office required (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Exceptional scheduling skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, within strict time constraints and meet deadlines in a timely manner
  • Ability to support the Property Management Team
  • Successful candidates must be friendly, professional, flexible, proactive, solution focused and adaptable to rapid changes in the daily work environment and be resourceful in solving problems
  • Candidate should be creative, personable, compassionate, resilient and should strive for excellence
