We are seeking a full-time, creative, and personable Talent Acquisition Recruiter to lead the full recruitment cycle efforts in today’s unique job market. This position is for someone who enjoys the challenges and rewards of seeking out and placing the very BEST talent within all areas of our organization. Location:  4460 South Highland Drive, Salt Lake City 84124

 

 

Schedule:  Monday – Friday; 8-5  

 

Starting Pay: Commensurate with experience

Responsibilities

  • Manage the flow of candidates through the recruitment process
  • Conduct community Outreach to create brand awareness and relationships with community providers and stakeholders
  • Seek out passive candidates through a variety of methods to include LinkedIn, social media, organizational groups, and other unique sources
  • Working cooperatively with hiring managers to design and develop job postings
  • Activate and post job announcements using appropriate resources
  • Screen all applicants
  • Schedule and Facilitate Phase 1 group interviews
  • Update weekly to report at our Staff Development Meeting
  • Work as a liaison with HR and all Valley departments
  • Continuously research and keep updated on best recruiting practices
  • Create and manage HireVue interviews for potential applicants. Train hiring managers on HireVue system as necessary
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Must have 2+ years of full-time experience in recruiting
  • Knowledge of Mental Health Professionals and operations
  • Must be comfortable with active outreach and enjoy speaking in public
  • Ability to work autonomously at times
  • Must be hands-on and possess top notch customer service skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented individual with an attention to detail
  • Team player
  • Optimistic, goal oriented and coach-able
  • Ability to travel within the community and have reliable transportation (mileage reimbursement is available)
  • MS Office proficiency and ability to learn and master new applications easily
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Reliable and dependable
  • Demonstrate professionalism through friendly, courteous, helpful communication in person, on the phone and via email
