The .NET Developer provides custom software solutions to our Electronic Health Records software, via their SDK. The successful candidate will be highly technical in understanding the value of short iterative custom software design with the ability to work with only general requirements and fast turnaround.

This role requires experience in development, using Agile development techniques, project management and other successful team related IT activities. This is a dynamic role with emphasis on meeting growing needs for a multi-site Healthcare environment


Location: 1141 East 3900 South Salt Lake City, UT 84124

Hours: M- F 8am - 5pm, plus some on-call availability

Starting Pay: $85K/annually (Depending on Experience)

Key elements for success include:

  • Strong knowledge of .NET and a wide range of Microsoft technologies such as C#, ASP.Net, ASP.Net MVC, ASP.Net Web API, REST services, SQL Server, and SSRS.
  • Experience working within Agile Scrum teams and practices.
  • Detailed knowledge of object oriented programming concepts and design patterns.
  • Extensive knowledge of business requirements gathering, architecting, designing and developing complex web-based applications and re-engineering products.
  • In-depth knowledge of infrastructure security in design and software development.
  • Working knowledge of project management and execution of multiple projects.
  • Integrate with other IT staff and provide support and technical expertise.
  • Be a team player and be results focused.
  • Work effectively with multiple end users, and be customer service oriented.
  • Ability to work under pressure, within deadlines, in a complex demanding environment.


Experience in a majority of the following technologies and systems:

Agile software development, HIPAA, SCRUM team, vendor management, MS Project, Visio, Project Management practices, Dell Spotlight, New Relic, cloud processing, EHR, Medical Records

Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field (Experience may be substituted for degree)

Minimum Experience: 5 years’ experience in a .NET Developer role

Preferred skills: Healthcare IT, SCRUM Certification, .NET 3.5 or greater Certification
