That is a collaboration between Valley Behavioral Health and Salt Lake County Aging Services, which offers mental health services at Senior Centers and Senior Housing sites.

Location:  1020 South Main Street, SLC, UT  84101
 
Schedule:  20hrs a week, Days ands hours will variy 
 
Pay: Commensurate with experience
*Candidates with CMHC, LMFT and LCSW license are eligible for $500 sign on bonus! 
 

 

Responsibilities

  • This position would provide individual, group, and family therapy services at Senior Centers and Senior Housing facilities.
  • Community outreach events such as mood and memory screenings at Senior Centers Health Fairs.
  • Staff consultant and trainings at identified Salt Lake County Aging & Adult Services Senior Centers and senior housing facilities.
  • Staff will attend monthly Masters Senior Services and Vital Aging Project meetings.
  • Provide direct, evidence-based, clinical services including interviews, evaluates and assesses clients to create treatment plans and provide quality care
  • Provide excellent psychotherapy to clients including individual, group, couples and/or family therapy
  • Treatment planning
  • Care coordination
  • Documentation using our online medical record

Qualifications

  • Master's degree or higher in Social Work or Clinical Mental Health Counseling from an accredited University/College
  • LCSW, CSW, CMHC, or ACMHC license current in the State of Utah
  • Experience with adult populations required.
  • Supervisory experience a must
  • Excellent computer skills with proficiency in MS Office as well as the ability to learn new software programs quickly.
