We are looking for a Full-Time Communications Center Specialist with the professionalism and tenacity to provide outstanding customer service to our clients and their family members, every call, every time.  

Location:  1020 South Main Street, SLC, UT  84101
Schedule:  Monday - Friday variable hours from 7:30 - 5:30 
Pay: Based on experience

  • Answering phones and triaging to the appropriate departments for a large number of calls.
  • Responding to and triaging web form submissions
  • Interact with internal and external clients in a professional and courteous manner 
  • Assisting the clinical staff with support functions as needed
  • Excellent telephone etiquette, Customer service, MS Word and Excel programs, organization and communication skills are essential
  • Professional-conduct via phone, email and other communication mediums 


  • 2 years of office support and reception experience preferred
  • Prefer experience in a medical or physicians office
  • Must be comfortable and professional on the phone and in person linking customers to appropriate services
  • Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
