Locations: Various locations in Salt Lake, Davis, Summit, Tooele and Utah counties

Schedule: M-F – with some flexibility required

Pay: Commensurate with experience

Responsibilities

  • Supervision/Staffing
  • Workload Management
    • Ensure appropriate service level for reduced case load (50%)
  • Cross Training
    • Oversee referral, intake, and coordination of care
    • Train staff on policies and procedures
  • Staffing
    • Ensure appropriate staffing ratios and communication with all shifts
    • Work collaboratively with Valley Human Resources department in recruitment/hiring process           
  • Regulatory Oversight and Compliance
  • Work with Team Leads and Program Manager to ensure compliance with all related and applicable regulatory requirements, including but not limited to:
    • Grants
    • Licensing
    • Audits
    • Property Management
    • Medicaid
  • Manage shift reports and ensure documentation is properly entered into the Electronic Health Record (EHR)
  • Implement and monitor principles and practices outlined in “Golden Thread” guideline    
  • Stakeholder/Employee Satisfaction
  • Monitor employee satisfaction and engagement levels collaboratively with Program Manager and deploy applicable plans for improvement
  • Interact with internal and external customers in full alignment with Valley’s core values and vision statement
  • Maintain active Slack presence and profile and promote usage with all assigned staff
  • Maintain daily “standing” huddles with direct reports to ensure smooth operation of team
  • Attend weekly 1:1 with Program Manager, and report collaboratively developed KPI’s
  • Ensure no less than 100% employee saturation within a seven day period
  • Congruence to Culture
  • Participate in all opportunities offered for Leadership Development and coaching to ensure constant growth and development personally and of team supervised

Qualifications

  • Four or more years’ experience working in the behavioral health field
  • Prior experience supervising others, preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with the ability to learn new software programs quickly
  • Exceptional customer service skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multi-task and complete various business/clinical projects within deadlines
  • Work as part of dynamic and fast-paced team
