Locations Available : 4460 S. Highland Drive, Salt Lake City, UT 84124 
Starting Pay: $11.14/hour

  • Provide friendly, professional customer service 
  • Greeting clients and their families
  • Data entry
  • Answering phones and professionally engaging in conversations
  • Filing
  • Assisting the clinical staff with support functions as needed
  • Intake support, tracking.
  • Possibly opening or closing the clinic
  • Taking co-payments from clients and working with different insurance agencies.
  • Become familiar with basic insurance and billing concepts
  • Coordinate care with community partners, such as representatives of insurance companies, hospitals, and primary care doctors
  • Maintain staff calendars and schedule clients in appropriate times


  • 2+ years of office support and reception experience preferred.
  • Preference will be given to bilingual Spanish/English speaking.
  • Experience in a medical or physicians office a real plus!
  • Must be comfortable and professional on the phone and in person linking customers to appropriate services.
  • Proficiency using MS Office, social media as well as the ability to learn new software programs quickly
  • Longevity with previous employers
