We have 3 available positions for the right caring, compassionate and customer service driven Medical Assistants. Choose from a variety of population types and locations within our Valley Behavioral Health clinics. 



Locations Available to choose from:  Salt Lake City, UT

                                                           Riverton, UT

                                                           Park City, UT


Schedule:  M-F; 8-5 (with some flexibility required)


Pay:  Commensurate with experience

  • Basic health documentation using our online medical record
  • Work within the MA/CNA scope of practice
  • Vital signs and blood draws
  • Willingness to work compassionately and professionally with a vulnerable SMI Adult population striving to re-build their lives
  • Assist clients in completing prior authorization, patient assistance and other medication related documentation
  • Coordinating with VBH and community providers including prescribers, nurses, pharmacy, lab, etc.
  • Flexibility with the changing demands of the health-care field
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Current Medical Assistant Certification or CNA License
  • Phlebotomy certification preferred
  • 2+ years experience in behavioral health field, preferred
  • Medication management experience a plus!
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills demonstrating competency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software programs quickly
  • Proficiency with various forms of electronic communication including social media
  • Positive, winning, "Can-do" attitude
  • 5% increase in pay with demonstrated, bilingual English/Spanish fluency
