Children's Therapist - School Based

Our School Based Mental Health Program is looking for either a PT Licensed therapist or a Fully Licensed Independent Contractor  who is an innovative, dedicated team player who is inspired by helping others lead fulfilling lives, one person at a time. We seek licensed clinical therapists who are compassionate, empathetic, team focused, seek excellence, are resilient, possess high integrity, and are fun to be with. 
 
Schedule:  MAKE YOUR OWN SCHEDULE!  Flexible  12-32 hours/week (schedule concurrent with school calendar). 
 
Location:  Salt Lake County
 
Pay: Part Time is based on experience
        Independent Contractors Rates to be discussed during Interview
 
 Candidates with CMHC, LMFT and LCSW license are eligible for $500 sign on bonus! 

Responsibilities

  • Assessment
  • Individual, collateral and family therapy
  • Case management
  • School consultation
  • Elementary and Secondary placements.

Qualifications

Independent Contractor Position:

  • Masters degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited University/College
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Certified Mental Health Counselor (CMHC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist license current in the state of Utah
  • Must carry own malpractice insurance for Independent Contractor positions ONLY
  • Experience with working with children

Part-Time Position:

  • Masters degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited University/College
  • Clinical Social Worker (CSW), Associate Mental Health Counselor (CMHC) or Associate Marriage and Family Therapist license current in the state of Utah
  • Experience with working with Children
