Essential Job Functions:
  • Provide direct, evidence-based, clinical services including interviews, evaluations and assessments of clients to create treatment plans and provide quality care
  • Provide excellent psychotherapy to clients including individual, group, couples and/or family therapy
  • Treatment planning
  • Care coordination
  • Documentation using our online medical record
  • Crisis intervention

We have a well trained and caring staff of therapists, nurses, psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, case managers, social workers, direct care/mental health counselors, office specialists,  accounting/billing, human resources and administrative staff. We are a Utah based company with operations in Salt Lake, Summit, and Tooele Counties.

We have full-time, part time, Independent Contractor and Program Manager positions available that will support the company's vision of outstanding service that will impact the lives of our clients creating positive change.  If you strive for nothing but excellence, we will help you find a home on a Valley team that is right for YOU!
We serve:
  • Centralized Intake - Assessments only
  • Children ages 2-11 including school-based, iwrap, in-home, day treatment and outpatient services for a variety of mental health, and behavior disorders.
  • Teens ages 12-18 including residential, day treatment and out patient services for a variety of mental health, substance use and behavior disorders.
  • Children and teens with Autism Spectrum Disorders through the Carmen B. Pingree Autism Center for Learning
  • Adult outpatient services for those experiencing severe and persistent mental illnesses (SPMI)
  • Homeless population providing housing and resources to assist them in in-integrating into the community
  • Adult Forensics/Jail Diversion Outreach teams/Alternatives to Incarceration programs to assist in reducing recidivism in our jails facilitation treatment for psychiatric and substance use disorders
  • Residential and Outpatient services for Women and/or families experiencing mental health and Substance Use Disorders who have small children.  They receive treatment while being able to keep their children with them.
  • Assertive Outreach Teams who provide community crisis intervention
  • Domestic Violence Issues
  • Geriatric population ages 55+ living in various assisted living facilities
  • Specialize Rehabilitation Services for those living in nursing homes or extended care facilities experiencing mental illness
  • Clubhouse programs
  • Medically Disabled clients living in nursing homes.  We assist them in transitioning to live independently in a less restrictive setting

  • Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited University/College
  • LCSW/CMHC/LMFT license current in the State of Utah
  • Excellent computer skills with proficiency in MS Office as well as the ability to learn new software programs quickly.
  • Supervision experience a real plus!
  • 5% increase for demonstrated bilingual English/Spanish skills
