We are seeking dependable, resourceful, dedicated Rehabilitation Aides for our Pheasant Hollow Team. This team is dedicated to the enhancement of the lives of adults from ages 18 – 65 with varied physical disabilities in a non-clinical setting. Location: 4125 South 900 East, Salt Lake City, UT 84124.
 
Pay:  $11.14/hr.
 
Schedule: Variety of Full-Time & Part-Time positions available within the 24hr facility.  

Responsibilities

Essential Functions and Key Duties:
  • Ability to pay attention to detail
  • Accurately follow all medication protocols and documentation requirements
  • Assist  people with physical disabilities in building an active productive life in their homes and in the community
  • Respond to crisis in a calm and effective manner
  • Oversee safety and security of clients and the building
  • Respond to a variety of client needs; including emergency personal care
  • No sleeping is allowed for staff on the Graveyard shift

Qualifications

 
  • 2+ years related education and/or experience in  social services, physical/occupational/speech therapy, education or related field preferred
  • Hard worker with a positive, pleasant attitude
  • Willingness to contribute to a positive, productive work environment
  • Ability to connect with client in a positive, productive way and work as a supportive member of a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet driver qualifications of no more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years.  No misdemeanors involving driving, i.e. DUI, in the last year a real plus!
  • Good computer skills with a familiarity using MS Office, social media, and the ability to learn new software programs quickly.
