Schedule:  Full-Time and Part-Time positions available. 
                  24hr Facility with a variety shifts available
                   *Must be able to work Weekends*
                            Day Shift 8:00am-4:00pm
                          Swing Shift 4:00pm-12:00am
                           Graveyard 12:00am-8:00am
Location:   Midvale, UT  84047
Pay:  Commensurate with experience
ValleyPhoenix is a program that provides women with the help they need while allowing them to keep their dependent children with them. The children receive early intervention resources provided by the Case Manager. You can change lives, heal families and enhance communities.


  • Modeling and teaching basic life and parenting skills
  • Facilitating groups for women and children as directed
  • Working directly with children in a preschool like setting, while mothers are in treatment
  • Maintaining the house overall milieu
  • Monitor residents when taking their medications
  • Ensure a safe environment


  • Dependable employees who are interested in working with women who are in residential treatment for substance use and whose young children attend treatment with them.
  • Only female applicants eligible due to drug-test monitoring and all-female facility
  • Excellent boundaries and good judgment required.
  • Must be energetic, enthusiastic, reliable and work well as a member of a team.
  • Preference will be given to Applicant who have basic knowledge of children’s mental health issues and experience dealing with challenging behaviors.
  • 21 years or older
  • Ability to pass a background check
