Location:  4460 South Highland Drive Salt Lake City, UT 84124
 
Schedule:  Monday-Friday; 8:00am - 5:00pm  
 
Pay:  Compensative with Experience

Responsibilities

  • Develop Can, Will Do Attitude among staff
  • Set Office and Individual Goals
  • Support and Promote Valley Values, Ethos, Goals and Strategic Plan within the HR team 
  • Coordinate and oversee Projects and Requests from HR Director
  • Identify and develop individual leadership skills and abilities of team/encourage team to be leaders in their own realm 
  • Be Proactive in Problem Solving
  • Expecting and encouraging regular communication among team members and maintaining high levels of comradely and confidentiality  
  • Take and distribute meeting minutes/task lists.  Review each task list and manage deadlines in conjunction with HR department schedules.  
  • Coordinate with Recruitment and credentialing to ensure smooth onboarding process: to include background screening (fingerprints), welcome/NEO emails, ordering NEO lunches, assisting hires with filling out new hire paperwork, creating PANS for new hires, E-verify New hires, create new hire folders/packets and badges, 
  • Other duties maybe assigned 
 

Qualifications

  • 3+ years’ experience in medical or behavioral health office operations required.
  • Supervision and Project Management experience highly desired
  • High School or GED Equivalent required. 
  • Proficiency using MS Office, social media as well as the ability to learn new software programs quickly
  • Pro-active, team focused problem solver
